Kullu. Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) will operate special buses for the convenience of the general public during the International Dussehra Festival. Additional buses will run between Kullu and Bhuntar, Bajaura, Left Bank, Kullu Pahanaula, Bhaisar, Kharaal, and Lagghat. For this purpose, 23 extra buses will be operated. The operation of these buses will provide relief to people from traveling in crowded conditions
Tourists will enjoy better transportation facilities. HRTC has prepared a roadmap for the additional bus service that will run for about two and a half weeks during the International Kullu Dussehra. This includes the operation of 15 electric buses, and the buses stationed in Manali will also be used for the Dussehra festival. These buses will be operational a day before Dussehra. Better transportation facilities will also be provided to tourists along with the people of Bashing, Babeli, Bandrol, Raithan, and Dobhi.
Buses will be available every five to ten minutes. HRTC has geared up for the Dussehra festival. The transport corporation has planned to provide additional bus services in urban and rural areas for the convenience of the people. Buses will be available every five to ten minutes between Pirari and Kullu and vice versa during the Dussehra festival. During Dussehra, the evening programs at Lalchand Prarthi Kala Kendra will continue until 10:00 PM.
Extra buses will be kept on reserve. After the cultural programs conclude, buses will be operated near Kullu. After enjoying the cultural program, people will be able to reach their homes by bus. As per the roadmap prepared by the corporation, after the conclusion of the cultural evenings of the Dussehra festival, buses will be operated in the areas where more people are present based on the demand of the people. Extra buses will be kept on reserve for this purpose.
