Himachal Pradesh: HRTC Bus Services from Kullu to Chandigarh to Resume Three Weeks Later, Preparations Underway for Other Routes
Kullu: The Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) commenced bus services on long routes from Kullu district as soon as the roads became accessible from Mandi. Three weeks later, bus services from Kullu to Chandigarh have also started. Kullu depot operates buses on 26 other long routes, including services to Delhi and Chandigarh.

However, one-way traffic is currently allowed on the national highway in Pandoh. Luxury buses have not yet resumed operations.
Tourism Business Expected to Revive Slowly
With the initiation of bus services on long routes, there is hope among business owners in the tourism sector that tourism business will gradually pick up. Every day, around 70 luxury buses travel from Delhi to Manali. This number can reach up to 200 during the peak tourism season.
